No, being present is not required, but you can decide whether or not you want to be present when maintenance is working in your home.

Yes! We offer off-street parking for all residents. Parking permits are $25 per month.

Each unit comes with full size, in unit Washer/Dryer and spacious enclosed patio/balcony. We also welcome our four legged residents to take advantage of our on-site, enclosed dog park.

Yes, please contact our leasing office for information on breed restrictions and applicable fees.

All units come equiped with in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range and refrigerator.

All units come unfurished. This gives our residents the freedom do create their own livingspace.

Yes, as a resident of Sky Vue, you are required to obtain renters insurance. Your renter’s insurance coverage must include but is not limited to $100,000 in liability coverage, $25,000 in personal coverage, and $1,000 in medical coverage.

WiFi is set up in your unit prior to move in. You will receive the log in infomation at time of move-in.

You can choose to terminate your lease agreement through a termination clause. Please contact the leasing office for further discussion.

Residents are required to set up an account for electricity through Puget Sound Energy. There is a monthly flat rate fee of $55 (per bed) to cover water, sewer and trash expenses.

WiFi in included in your rent and will be set up and ready to use upon move-in. Water, sewage and garbage will be billed monthly at a flat rate of $55, per room. Residents will pay this, along with rent, via the resident portal.

Sky Vue is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Lincoln Creek Park & Ride. WWU students can easily access bus lines and, after bus hours, the Starlight Shuttle service from there.

If rent is not paid on time, all residents and guarantors listed on the lease agreement will be responsible and late fees may apply.

No, utilities are not included in rent. Water, sewage and garbage are a flat fee of $55 per month, per resident. Residents will pay Puget Sound Energy directly for electricity. Our community does not have any natural gas utilities.
